Patricia C. Sibley
President
During almost three decades in the business, Pat has been with Young & Rubicam Atlanta, Pringle Dixon Pringle, Liller Neal Weltin Advertising, and Babbit & Reiman Advertising. She started her first buying service, Sibley & McCulloch, Inc., at the age of 30. Within 2 years, the business had grown to $12 million with a staff of 14 employees. She sold her interest in Sibley & McCulloch after the birth of her first child, and started MediaSolutions with the goal (maintained to this day) of having a client base that would allow her to focus on each individual account. Pat also lectures on Marketing/Media Buying and Planning around the country. She has taught "Introduction to Advertising" as an Adjunct Professor at Emory University's Business School as well as courses in Media Buying at the Atlanta Advertising Institute.

Karen C. Boor
Vice President
Karen’s first career stop, after graduating from The University of Georgia, was as Assistant Buyer/Planner with Media Management Strategies. Following that, she moved to Babbit & Reiman Advertising where she became Principal Buyer/Planner on the Days Inn account. Her experience in planning, negotiating, and innovative strategic media thinking at Babbit & Reiman landed her the Senior Buyer/Planner position at MediaSolutions. She was promoted to Vice President in 1994.

Charles “Bubba” Cooper
Director of Account Services
Charles, or Bubba to those who know him, is a seasoned advertising veteran with 25-years of Account Management experience at such agencies as Campbell-Ewald, WestWayne, Ogilvy & Mather and BBDO. His account experience has included extensive work in a variety of product and service categories with blue chip clients like Texize Chemicals, Reynolds Metals, BellSouth, Simmons Mattresses, Mrs. Smith’s Bakeries and McCormick Spices among others. Bubba has been involved in all aspects of his clients’ core brand and new product efforts which has exposed him to leading edge branding practices, integrated marketing communication initiatives and a variety of consumer research methodologies. He has served on his clients’ strategic planning teams and has spearheaded major research projects on their behalf. Bubba brings a “results oriented” approach to his account work and believes strongly in both personal and professional accountability.
